Gusseted

Packaging bulky or cumbersome items can be a challenge. Here at Rutan Poly, we’ve developed some unique solutions since we opened our doors over half a century ago. Through the use of gusseted tubing, you can easily package a product that is larger on one side than the other. The secret is the double pleated gussets which expand the tubing as needed. Unlike traditional tubing, gusseted tubing can keep a snug fit around an entire product, even when the shape is unwieldy.

Gusseted tubing has a pleat on each side that allows it to accommodate very large or bulky items. The expanding nature of the design allows for different sized items to be packaged with the same roll of material. They can be custom made to your size specifications, produced with your choice of high-quality material and printing options.

Not only are gusseted films able to expand on the fly, they can also help you expand your business through custom branding. You can now display your logo or product information proudly on your custom gusseted films from Rutan. All we need is your specifications and we can create a unique gusseted film unique for you.

For more than 50 years, Rutan Poly has been creating custom bundling film for countless applications. We have gained a reputation for being a reliable American manufacturer and supplier of high quality bags and films for commercial and industrial use. Gusseted films are just one of the many options available to you. Let us know about your requirements and we will provide packaging materials and bundling wrap specifically designed for your application.
